I'm Shoe In Love Bazaar

     Last June 30, 2012 The LIST group organized an event called I'm shoe in Love. And it's so true that when you enter NBC Tent you'll gonna fall in love with all those shoes. I can't believe it. Well I left home around 7 a.m (i'm from Fairview) so it's a long travel. I arrived there around 930 and the crowd is going wild.

     Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take another photo around 10 a.m. but I assure you there is a long line already. The gates opened exactly 10 a.m. but before you can enter you need to prepare yourself for WAR and I mean it. Good thing I got my ticket from Groupon so I got in hassle-free. I gave my ticket, got my hand stamped and voila hello shoes :) They gave free MEG magazine and a shopping bag from Weareveryday.

     Well, these are the shoes that I purchased for myself, my mom and my auntie so I think I only spend 3.500 for 6 shoes. 1 pair missing in the photo well the event was a success and I really fell in love with all the shoes and cheap prices. Congratulations The LIST GROUP till next time.

Scary Ride 

I really enjoyed this adventure. At first it's scary but as you walk along the edge you see a whole new Cebu. Our guide is kind and he's bubbly. He did his best in making us comfortable. I love Cebu more because of this experience.

I was watching this movie with hero and villain so i thought what is the real meaning of each characters. 

Superheroes- A strong moral code, including a willingness to risk one’s own safety.Normally, superheroes use their powers to police day-to-day crime while also combating threats against humanity by supervillains, criminals of “unprecedented powers” in the same way as superheroes.

Supervillain-the only difference between the two is that the hero uses his extraordinary powers to help others, while the villain uses his powers for selfish, destructive or ruthless purposes.

Which one are you? Each and every person is a hero and some are just villains.

Tony Moly Magic Lip and Cheek Tint

As you can see the color is clear so maybe you are wondering how can it be a lip and cheek tint. Now that is the reason why they call this a MAGIC Lip and Cheek Tint because when you apply this on your face or lips of course it will turn into a light pink color which is really nice. You can also apply a minimal amount to prevent your cheeks or lips from getting all red. Guess how much is it? Well… . .

The price is only 198php. It is definitely cheap plus it stays for a long time. And as you can see it’s a little bit small but who cares? If it’s about the value of money it’s definitely worth it and of course it also depends on how you use this. I recommend that you buy this one. :)

Yup, they are back. I am so egcoited because I wasn't able to see their first concert here in Manila but I think I am still not sure if I can watch this concert. But anyway I would love to see them. :)

tony moly red nail polish vs. revlon nail polish

 I am a fan of Red Nail Polish. If you are wearing a red nail polish it makes your hand more beautiful and it gives you a fiery feeling.

This Revlon Nail Polish, well for starters this Nail Polish costs $4.58 so more or less if you convert it into peso more or less it’s 200php. It does have a bright red color but it is really hard to apply cause you have to be careful not to put some air while applying it. It takes more time in drying up and it only stays in your hands only for 4-5 days. 

Then I found an alternative Red Nail Polish which gives you an exact Red color I wanted in a much cheaper price. And that is Tony Moly’s Red Nail Polish.

As you can see it’s a little bit smaller than Revlon but the price is way cheaper but the quality is much better. First of all, it’s only 98php. Second, it dries fast. Third, it stays in your nails for more than 14 days. Oh well, I definitely switched from Revlon to Tony Moly. :)

Five Love Languages

THE ROMANTIC LOVE HAS TWO STAGES

The first stage requires little effort. We are pushed along by euphoric (on cloud nine, happy & excited) feelings. We commonly call this stage “being in love.” This is where the couple does not have to work on the relationship. They want to make each other happy and they often do. However, the average life span of this initial stage of romantic love is two years. 

The second stage of romantic love is much more intentional than the first stage. And it requires work in order to keep emotional love alive. These are called the Five Love Languages. Here are the summary:

1. Words of Affirmation. This language uses words to affirm the other person. To speak this language, you look for things you admire or appreciate about the person and you verbally express your admiration. If a person’s  primary love language is words of affirmation, your words will be like rain falling on dry soil. Nothing will speak more deeply of your love than words of affirmation.

2. Acts of Service. For these people, actions speak louder than words. The key to loving this person is to find out what things they would like for you to do. Then do them consistently.

3. Receiving Gifts. For some people, what makes them feel most loved is to receive a gift. Better to give a gift that they have requested than to surprise them with a gift they do not desire. Not all gifts need to be expensive. A rose, a candy bar, a card, a book—any of these can communicate love deeply to the person whose love language is receiving gifts.

4. Quality Time. Quality time is giving the other person your undivided attention. It says, “I’m doing this because I want to be with you.” Whether you are planting a garden together or going to camping trip, the ultimate purpose is to spend time with each other. For some people, nothing makes them feel more loved than quality time.

5. Physical Touch. We have long known the emotional power of physical touch. Research indicates that babies who are touched and cuddled fare better emotionally than babies who spend long periods of time without physical touch. Every culture has appropriate and inappropriate touches between members of the opposite of sex. Appropriate touch is loving. Inappropriate touch is demanding. To the person whose primary love language is physical touch, nothing speaks more deeply than appropriate touch.

Everyone has a primary love language. One of the five speaks more deeply to us emotionally than the other four. By nature we tend to speak our own language. Whatever makes us feel loved is what we do for the other person. But if it is not his/her language, it will not mean to them what it mean to us.

How To Find Your Love Language?

1. Observe your own behavior.

2. What do you complain about? 

    (The complaints reveal what you most like to receive from the other people.)

3. What do you request most often?

Observe how you most often express love and appreciation to others; list your complaints and requests, and you will likely be able to determine your own primary love language.

camels and sands

The first thing that comes to my mind when you say Dubai is “sand”.

But of course, CAMEL is pretty much a famous word also. 

The first time I saw a camel was in a beach. But then I can’t go near because they have a different smell and i’m a little bit allergic to it so I prefer to just take a photo with a camel exhibit in a mall

Of course, this one is not real. But still it’s better to take a photo of a camel which you don’t need to pay money, 

not moving and free of odor.  :)

Tuesday Date at Friday’s

 TGIF’S MENU

Since it’s our 10th month I decided to surprise him and treat him in Friday’s. This was actually my first time eating here.

While waiting for our orders my hubby took some photos.

For Appetizer, We ordered Friday’s Tostado Nachos

 All I can say about this nachos is that this one have an above average taste nachos. The serving was kinda less than other restaurant. 

 Main Dish 

 NOW for DESSERT, this was the most enjoyable part of our meal. Since it’s our 10th month. I asked the staff to sing us a happy song. This was the surprising part. Since all the staffs are Filipinos and there are only few guests left. They sang the song “KAHIT MAPUTI NA ANG BUHOK by SHARON CUNETA” and“KAMUSTA KA by REY VALERA”. My hubby was so shocked and I know this made his day. :)

Since we were both happy. We enjoyed the ambiance, the food and the staffs. We thanked TGIF and the staffs with a fatty tip. I definitely recommend this TGIF Branch in DUBAI MALL plus they can also eat outdoors where you can see the Burj Khalifa and the Musical Fountain. :)
